An Afternoon Adventure

Spent the afternoon with five cute children at a park. It was so much fun to experience a familiar park through the eyes of young children.

Makenna

Ten tiny fingers, ten tiny toes... such a miracle!

Here are a few pictures of Makenna. She was born about two and a half weeks ago. Last weekend I had the opportunity to spend most of the day shooting this sweet little girl. After a rocky start (she was a little fussy to begin with), she fell sound asleep and let me move her and position her to capture these sweet shots. After spending most of the day taking pictures, I came away with a lot and it has been hard to select only a few!

The miracle of life

Leah's photo shoot

I just want to say thanks to a good friend for a fun evening! Leah, a neighbor and friend, asked me to shoot some head shots for her for a website. It was great fun and wonderful to have the trust as Leah, like me, would much rather be BEHIND the camera than in front.

A year and half after starting the blog, I have also started a website. The result, we are open for business.
